About The Role**
Joining our Education team, you will play a pivotal role in empowering users of our platform with sustainability expertise. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely to develop engaging e-learning content, host webinars, and provide invaluable support to our expanding user base.
Reporting to the Senior Education Manager, you will work collaboratively to ensure our customers maximize the value of our platform. Your role will involve serving as a subject matter expert, facilitating workshops, and fostering partnerships to enhance our educational offerings. **
What You'll Do**
Develop e-learning content and host webinars to educate users on maximizing the value of our platform.
Act as a subject matter expert on sustainability and our platform's methodologies.
Collaborate with internal teams to articulate the platform's functionalities and values.
Maintain communication with partner organizations to ensure educational content remains up to date.
Drive continuous improvement in educational offerings and cross-functional collaboration.
Monitor developments in sustainability and contribute to educational services for strategic customers.
Champion a culture of customer and partner success, ensuring every interaction strengthens relationships. **
What We're Looking For**
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in English with prior experience in a remote work environment.
Strong understanding of sustainability concepts and methodologies.
Experience in client-facing roles, preferably in technology or SaaS organizations.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously.
Fluency in technology tools including Microsoft Office, G-Suite, Zoom, Slack, and CRMs.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity. **
Preferred Qualifications**
Proficiency in Spanish or Italian.
Master's degree or equivalent experience.
Background in ESG, supply chain management, or related industries.
Familiarity with Higg Index tools or our platform.
Experience with e-learning content creation. **
