Job Title: Contract Coordinator

Contract Duration: 12+ Months

Pay Rate: $20.0

Location: Remote - Must reside in San Antonio, TX

Work Hours: 8-5 pm CST **

Qualifications/Skills Needed**

  • People who have experience with the following would be successful in this role: Contract Coordinator, Credentialing, Provider Relations, Account Management, provider demographic validation, provider configuration/auditing
  • Strong in Excel- navigating, updating spreadsheets, formatting data, Vlookup/comparsions
  • Background includes work in Managed Care organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Experience and high proficiency in toggling between multiple systems/applications to complete tasks and prioritize competing tasks
  • Experience working and onboarding/training in a remote setting as well as problem solving/ trouble shooting technical issues appropriately and timely
  • Experience managing large databases and provider information systems
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Auditing Experience preferred

Day To Day Responsibilities Of Role

  • Contract submission process and auditing provider information systems via Provider load forms for hospital and delegated contracts.
  • Process Salesforce cases submitted for new contracts, amendments, provider adds, changes, terms etc
  • Work with configuration and credentialing to answer questions about contract or provider changes
  • Proficient using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft TEAMs, and Internet sites

Performance Expectations

  • Track tickets submitted for completion and ensure they are completed within appropriate timeline
  • Work to meet and/or exceed the daily PLF TAT
  • High attention to detail when submitting provider updates
  • Ensuring loaded tickets are closed out timely
