JOB SUMMARY:

As the Client Executive Director for the Connect Tower at Argano, you will play a crucial role within the sales function, setting strategic direction, and ensuring the achievement of revenue and growth targets. You will focus on driving mid-market sales and maintaining a high-level of client satisfaction. You will be responsible for finding new business opportunities, engaging new clients or prospects, developing proposals, and handling the contract process. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to target and engage prospective clients, fostering strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role represents a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to our clients' success and to the growth and prestige of Argano as the leading digital consultancy. **

Responsibilities**

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, aligning with Argano's Connect Tower's offerings to secure a competitive position in the market.
  • Develop and maintain high-level relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through tailored cloud services and technology solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding and addressing clients' unique challenges and aligning our solutions with their business goals.
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to target potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the cloud and data analytics sectors.
  • Craft and execute a compelling Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the Connect Tower, generating leads and closing deals to drive business growth.
  • Work closely with product teams, technical experts, and cross-functional partners to develop and deliver integrated solutions that exceed client expectations.

Education

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field, with an MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in sales or client service, specifically within the technology sector focusing on cloud services, integration tools, or data analytics.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud), integration tools (MuleSoft, Boomi), and data analytics/data science principles.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic sales planning, meeting, and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving significant revenue growth.
  • Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and closing deals.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated, with the ability to work independently in a complex, matrixed organization while maintaining a team player attitude.

The base compensation range for this position is $140,000K - $220,000K commensurate with experience. Argano also offers a performance-based bonus and strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Parental Leave and Flexible Time Off. **
