Must Haves**

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hand's on technical lead position
  • Kronos application support and administration
  • Proficiency in Kronos/UKG Integration, Device Manager, and Microsoft Reporting Services
  • Strong skills in Oracle and/or SQL

Day to Day:

This consultant's day involves overseeing the application environment, coordinating with counterparts on the business side, and administering Kronos WFC 8.x Oracle database and servers regularly. They will attend bi-weekly meetings to understand upcoming functional and technical aspects. Responsibilities also include providing support and maintenance for schedules, automation, issue resolution, and alerts. They will assist in the installation of new applications and upgrade migration projects, maintain system documentation, and update diagrams for supported modules. Additionally, they will lead development and quality assurance testing of patches and releases in preparation for production.
