Your missions
Job Title: Production Owner **
Contract Duration: 6+ Month
Remote: CST time Zone
Walk me through the day to day responsibilities of this the role and a description of the project:**
Join agile ceremonies and project meetings
Prioritize and work on team backlog/Jiras
Work thru all tickets (requests, incidents, etc.)
Report out on status changes, escalations, etc.
Work on process development/improvement **
Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:**
Learn the role, system, and points of contacts
Make sure that all requests, incidents, break-fix items, etc. are taken care of within SLAs
Become SME for all line of business for the system/HP
Work to integrate HP/system into the Centene standards
