About The Role**
We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Multimedia Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this remote role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping our visual identity, crafting captivating graphics, animations, and multimedia content that elevate our brand across various platforms. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll bring creative concepts to life while ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines. **
Responsibilities**
Graphic Media Creation:
Develop visually stunning graphics and illustrations for digital and print media.
Design marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, social media graphics, and PowerPoint presentations.
Stay abreast of design trends and technologies to continuously enhance our visual assets. **
Animation**
Produce animated content such as motion graphics, gifs, and explainer shorts.
Enhance user engagement by bringing static designs to life through animation. **
Social Media**
Create compelling social media graphics to support campaign goals and increase brand awareness and engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to curate visually appealing content for various social media platforms.
Landing Pages + Email Design:
Design user-friendly landing pages and email templates to enhance brand experience.
Ensure consistency and cohesion in brand aesthetic across all assets. **
Content Planning And Coordination**
Align multimedia content with marketing goals and campaigns.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information for content creation. **
Video Editing**
Occasionally create and edit videos for promotional and informational purposes.
Incorporate innovative video techniques to enhance content quality. **
Brand Consistency**
Maintain brand consistency across all multimedia materials.
Support team members in effective usage of brand materials. **
Stay Updated**
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance design skills.
Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines effectively. **
Requirements**
Must Have:
5 years of experience as a multimedia or graphic designer.
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
Strong portfolio showcasing design and multimedia projects.
Uncapped creativity and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and B2B social media platforms.
Experience with motion design and email design.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment. **
Nice To Have**
Experience with HubSpot or automotive aftermarket.
Experience with video editing and production. **
