Your missions

Here at Savista, we enable our clients to navigate the biggest challenges in healthcare: quality clinical care with positive patient experiences and optimal financial results. We partner with healthcare organizations to problem solve and deliver revenue cycle improvement services that enable their success, support their patients, and nurture their communities, all while living our values of Commitment, Authenticity, Respect and Excellence (CARE).

We’re looking for a dynamic and seasoned marketer to own the intersection of Product Marketing and Sales Enablement for our organization. You’ll develop and maintain deeply collaborative cross-functional relationships with leaders and colleagues across sales, client success, operations, and the SME team and be the glue that binds all content, results, and positioning together. You’ll develop compelling product messaging for use across sales enablement materials, campaign collateral, digital and social, and thought leadership. This role will be a senior leader on the Marketing team and will report directly to, and work closely with, the CMO.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive product messaging and input to overall marketing positioning for our services across multiple touchpoints such as campaign materials, sales enablement, website, and thought leadership articles. Ensure consistency of language, results, and reasons-to-believe across all messaging.
  • Maintain accurate results data for use across our suite of marketing materials, proposals and RFPs, working with Sales, Client Success and Operations to gather and codify.
  • Develop, update and maintain sales enablement materials such as playbooks, placemats, and case studies as needed.
  • Tailor custom materials and presentations for targeted new client opportunities as needed.
  • In collaboration with Strategy and Sales, create custom campaign support materials such as outbound sales emails by region and seller or downloadable client checklists.
  • Review and proofread outbound client proposals and RFPs from the RFP team as needed to ensure accuracy of branding and that overall formatting is in line with brand standards. You’ll be the final brand sign off.
  • Keep a pulse on the dynamics of the marketplace and conduct competitive analysis, understanding how our competitors are talking about and marketing their solutions.
  • Own our Commercial Hub on SharePoint, ensuring all sales enablement materials are up to date and easy to access.

Minimum Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications required.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a senior-level B2B marketing role required.
  • Experience in healthcare marketing required, specific knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle strongly preferred
  • Sales Enablement experience required
  • Proficient in SharePoint, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Outstanding copywriting and proofing skills.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to maintain brand standards and brand tone of voice across all touchpoints.
