  • Assist in establishing the business consulting practice, including defining the engagement process, creating required documents and artifacts and proposing relevant performance metrics
  • Partner with the Five9 Sales and Services Organizations to identify and pursue business opportunities
  • Foster value with business executives, decision makers and organizational influencers by focusing on our customer’s business mission and drivers, metrics and current operational challenges
  • Through a consultative approach, benchmark existing operations and business value models for Cloud transformation and the use of AI and Automation
  • Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops to understand a customer or prospects current operational and/or technology challenges, market drivers and corporate objectives 
  • Collect and analyze relevant customer data, and use it to support business drivers and recommendations
  • Document and present findings and recommendations to organizational stakeholders
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen relationships by interacting effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Establish and maintain lines of communication with internal stakeholders on key initiatives
  • Works with Marketing and Product Managers to influence new products and/or solution requirements
Key Qualifications:
  • Education - Bachelors or Equivalent Experience
  • 10+ Years of experience required
  • Extensive on-site and web-based presentation experience and skills
  • Exemplary verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to foster effective, trusted relationships
  • Previous consulting experience required
  • Contact Center practical and management experience in operational and/or technical disciplines
  • Finance and Healthcare vertical experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to Travel (40-60%)
  • This role is fully remote for candidates who reside at least 50 miles away from our San Francisco or San Ramon office locations. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Francisco or San Ramon locations, this role will be Hybrid.

The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the job across the United States. Additionally, the total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.

All compensation and benefits are subject to the requirements and restrictions set forth in the applicable plan documents and any written agreements between the parties.

The US base salary range for this role is below.
$103,500$200,600 USD
