MyZone Labs is looking for a Digital Marketing Sales Manager to help us close an abundance of in-bound leads. You must be well versed in selling digital marketing products including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Websites, SEO and more. Please note that as long as you have experience selling paid media, the rest can be learned fast :)

    What you'll do


    • Lead gen: While most of this is already automated, you will be in charge of overseeing the lead gen systems and ensure they are running optimally.  
    • Pitching: Attend Zoom call, complete needs analysis, and make powerful pitches to lock in verbal agreements.  
    • Proposals: Work closely with the account management team to create awesome proposals based on the needs discovered via your pitch calls.  
    • Contracts: Get agreements signed via DocuSign, and pass off to the account management team.  
    • Maintain relationships: regular check in with key clients to ensure their needs are being met, and keep looking for cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.  
    • Future: While our sales team is currently very small, in the future we plan on additional hires.  Depending on your level of experience we may also consider your ability to manage the future sales team.  


        What you'll bring


        :mortar_board: You have a BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field

        :briefcase: You have a minimum of 2 years of marketing agency experience (sales or account management)

        :speech_balloon: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and you speak English at an idiomatic level (as you would be working in English).

        :person_doing_cartwheel::skin-tone-2:You've worked in an agency setting and you understand the ever-changing priorities and deadlines of the environment.

        :eyeglasses: You are committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences

        :technologist: You have a proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close

        :handshake: You have excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills

        :computer: You are able to work independently and remotely. You also have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment... and we mean fast ;)

        :fire: You are super organized and efficient with task management.

        :heavy_plus_sign: HubSpot, Asana, Slack experience a plus!
