**Job Overview:**
Our Client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our construction team. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our projects by providing essential administrative support. The Project Administrator will work closely with the Project Team to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Administrative Support:** Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Project Team, helping streamline project operations and facilitating seamless project execution.

2. **Project Coordination:** Assist the Project Team in coordinating project management activities, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and within established timelines.

3. **Progress Monitoring:** Collaborate with functional departments to track project progress, update project plans and identify critical items that may impact project deliverables. Take necessary actions to resolve issues promptly.

4. **Design Department Assistance:** Support the Project Team in preparing drawings and submissions in coordination with the Design Department.

5. **Purchase Order Preparation:** Lead the preparation of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

6. **Supplier Communication:** Document and follow up with suppliers regarding purchase orders and material deliveries, maintaining effective communication and ensuring adherence to project schedules.

7. **Deadline Management:** Highlight project deadlines to project team members and help ensure that projects progress according to established frameworks and timelines.

8. **Material and Quantity Takeoff:** Perform material and quantity takeoffs to assist in project planning and resource allocation.

9. **Document Management:** Review, upload and maintain project documents and plans in platforms such as Procore, ensuring proper organisation and accessibility.

10. **Contract Compilation:** Compile and maintain project contracts, keeping them up to date and accurate.

11. **Change Updates:** Collaborate with the purchasing team to update the master register and markup any changes in Procore.

12. **General Administrative Tasks:** Undertake various general administrative duties to support the construction project team effectively.

13. **Ad-Hoc Duties:** Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the project team, to ensure project success and overall team efficiency.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in construction project administration is preferred.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of CAD and construction takeoff software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate project records.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of Procore or similar construction project management software is a plus.
