Job Overview

In this role as Director of Lead Flow, you will oversee the success of our sales operations by optimizing lead generation and sales funnels for world-class high-ticket offers and brands while partnering with the business's best sales and marketing teams. We seek an experienced marketing strategist with expertise in high-ticket offers, marketing funnels, and conversion rate optimization.

The core function of this position is to work cross-functionally to drive lead velocity, improve lead quality, lower customer acquisition costs, and increase sales close rates. Key duties include rolling out new funnels, analyzing lead analytics, collaborating with sales leadership to meet revenue goals, and managing agencies/vendors to enhance performance.

The ideal candidate for this role is a data-driven, enthusiastic leader passionate about the sales process and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ability to pick up new technologies and systems quickly is essential. While marketing experience is required, full training will be provided on our proprietary tools and methodologies.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Onboard New Accounts: Actively set up new accounts and collaborate with the marketing team to develop and launch innovative sales funnels.

  • Implement Marketing Strategies: Assist accounts in effectively utilizing our marketing playbooks and templates to enhance their performance.

  • Drive Sales Engine Initiatives: Lead the charge in initiating new strategies to boost lead flow and revenue.

  • Liaise with Media Buyers: Maintain continuous communication with media buyers to align on lead flow initiatives and manage call capacity.

  • Develop Marketing Content: Craft compelling marketing angles and core messages for various platforms, including funnels, webinars, and virtual sales events.

  • Collaborate on Sales Reporting: Work closely with sales managers and integrators to ensure accurate and insightful sales reporting.

  • Participate in Status Calls: Regularly attend weekly status meetings with accounts and sales managers to stay updated and provide input.

  • Analyze Lead Quality: Conduct thorough lead quality analyses, leveraging data to enhance lead quality ratios.

  • Identify and Address Bottlenecks: Proactively pinpoint bottlenecks in marketing funnels and sales processes, devising actionable plans for improvement.

  • Maintain Feedback Loops: Establish and uphold robust sales and marketing feedback loops to ensure consistent messaging across funnels and processes.

  • Enhance Lead Flow Processes: Continuously develop our lead flow playbooks and templates, focusing on creating process efficiencies.

Who You Are
  • You have experience working with marketing teams in high-ticket sales (especially agency experience.)

  • You have extensive experience working in lead generation-based businesses.

  • You have experience in rolling out content funnels (VSLs, webinars, virtual events.)

  • You understand both sides of conversions & full sales cycles.

  • You’ve worked with high-intensity sales teams.

  • You’ve had challenges finding your current role exciting.

  • You’re stuck in a mundane, repeatable process working in a static environment.

  • You have experience in account management or relationship management roles.

  • Spreadsheets and data don’t make you pull your hair out.

  • You believe in the power of data and use it to make informed decisions.

  • You enjoy fast-paced, energetic environments.

  • You LOVE learning new things & having fun at the same time.
