We are seeking a Market Leader in Energy Transition, Resilience, and Sustainability to join our team. The ideal candidate will have technical skills, business development skills, and market forecasting abilities directly related to these markets. This role is crucial in the transition to net-zero targets and the economy is now being reinvented around a lower/no-carbon energy systems, circular-economy practices, and other emerging models. Companies that can innovate and scale during these fast-moving, uncertain times will set themselves up for exponential growth. Our analysis shows that growing demand for related offerings could generate $9 trillion to $12 trillion of annual sales by 2030 across 11 value pools, including transport, power, and facilities.

Expected Outcome:
  • Develop strategies and execution plans that drive sales growth within the Energy Transition, Resilience and Sustainability market. Generate opportunities for Weston to deliver energy infrastructure programs and projects.
  • Address emerging skills and industry and key client sector relationship gaps.
Skills:
  • Technical skills in in the delivery of Energy Transition, Resilience, and Sustainability services
  • Relationships across the industry including financing, program management, engineering, construction, and hardware and software providers.
  • Experience and relationships in carbon accounting and project finance areas of the market.
  • Proven entrepreneurialism in the emerging energy ecosystems.
  • Ability to succeed in leading growth in a Matrix organization with strong communication and influence skills.
  • Market understanding and forecasting abilities to predict trends and impacts to different client sectors.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical or management field (master’s/advanced degrees preferred).
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the energy transition services sector.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements.
  • Proficient in relevant software applications.

Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors.
 

Salary Range: $112,200 - $149,600 - $187,000
