As an Insurance Consultant, you will be responsible for providing value-packed and innovative insurance products to our customers, helping them achieve their long-term life goals. Qualifications and Skills


  • Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of life insurance products
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Proficiency in sales management and retail sales
  • Experience in lead generation and business strategy is a plus
  • MDRT certification is a plus
