We are currently looking for a skilled B2B Sales Manager to join our dynamic Promova team. In this role, your main objective will be to help grow the volume of live online lessons offered to corporate clients around the world by researching the market, identifying potential opportunities, qualifying, contacting, nurturing leads, and closing business contracts.

Promova is a one-stop language learning platform that includes a mobile app, conversation clubs, group classes and one-to-one lessons with tutors. We have a popular website, media presence, and active socials. Our app has been downloaded more than 14 million times, and our learners completed over 35 million lessons over the last few years. Our goal for the next 2 years is to secure a spot among top 5 online language learning services worldwide. Looking ahead, within the next five years, we want to achieve the status of a unicorn company with Ukrainian roots!

ABOUT YOU:
  • 2+ years in B2B Sales, preferably SaaS;
  • Experience with market research, ICP defining;
  • Experience with prospecting and qualifying leads, deals closing;
  • Active listening and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to collect and analyze feedback, and be flexible to act upon it;
  • At least upper-intermediate English.
YOUR AREA OF IMPACT:
  • Market research to identify potential opportunities;
  • Working with inbound leads and establishing a flow for working with outbound leads;
  • Managing communication with potential clients from the first touch until completed first payment and transferring the clients to customer care/account management;
  • Gathering feedback from potential clients to inform product development and improvement;
  • Working with the landing page and funnel to ensure conversion.
