Your missions

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Support Specialist. This role will play a crucial part in assisting our sales team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for completing various clerical and administrative duties, including scheduling appointments, answering customer inquiries, and updating customers on their account statuses. Additionally, this role will involve processing product or service requests and maintaining an organized filing system for sales-related documents.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an accessible and organized filing system for sales-related documents.
  • Handle all administrative duties for the sales team, including but not limited to:
    1. Event Coordination (i.e., conferences, lunch & learns, meetings)
    2. Calendar Management
    3. Email Management
    4. Travel Coordination (to include setup and expense reconciliation)
    5. Project management
  • Perform data entry tasks such as recording metrics, sales figures, and other key data.
  • Create and process sales orders in a timely manner.
  • Customer relationship Management - Coordinate with internal and external customers to resolve account issues and/or order discrepancies.
  • Monitor work in progress (WIP) and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any obstacles to on-time delivery.


Experience/Skills:

  • Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
  • Must be able to multitask with the ability to pivot quicky when an urgent need arises
  • Prior experience in customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of discretion

 

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales support or administrative roles required
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to type upwards of 65 words per minute

Monday-Friday, 9am-1pm Eastern Time
20hrs/week
