Responsibilities & Functions: - Review and update the Project Management Plan and the Staffing Plan to reflect the key elements relevant for the remainder of the project. - Work with the project team members to develop and maintain a comprehensive cutover plan pulling in all activities to be completed during the cutover phase of the project. These activities will include, but not be limited to, technical cutover, training, data conversion, business transition, communications, etc. - Develop a Stakeholder Management Plan that is relevant for the remainder of the project and incorporate it into the Project Management Plan. Submit a Final Stakeholder Management Plan for approval. The Stakeholder Management Plan should provide at a minimum: - A strategy to manage the expectations of internal and external stakeholders for a project that is mid-stream and has had an extended implementation timeline. - A strategy, based on the Prosci methodology, of moving toward adoption of the new system. - Timeframe in which a tactical Organizational Change Management Plan is submitted for approval. - Roles and responsibilities to implement Stakeholder Management strategies - Activities and frequency of activities to ensure the different stakeholder groups are informed timely about project progress. - Continue to maintain the Project Management Plan, as needed. - Review, then develop or update the practices in the following PMO areas. This may include identification and execution of actionable processes that are relevant for the remainder of the project, scheduling, assigning tasks to team members, providing guidance in the process, and monitoring the completion: - Ongoing adherence with key elements of Document Standards, Schedule Standards and Procedures by all vendors in a manner consistent with the Quality Management Plan. - Ensure quality measurements that are developed jointly by the Quality Manager and Sagitec are usable as summary information that show project completeness and trends and can be used to guide decision-making and the monitoring of the outcome of those decisions. - Items on the Action Item Log in a manner consistent with the Decision Management Plan. Develop guidelines for follow-up and escalation processes and timeframes. - Decisions in the Decision Log in a manner consistent with the Decision Management Plan. Develop guidelines for follow-up and communicate escalation processes and timeframes. - Items on the Issue and Risk Management Log in a manner consistent with the Issue and Risk Management Plan. Develop guidelines for follow-up and communicate escalation processes and timeframes. Identify project risks and issues. Assess existing project risks and issues to evaluate the reasonableness and timeliness of agreed-upon mitigation strategies and resolutions and seek alternatives, where appropriate. Develop a monthly report that identifies aging of issues and risks with recommendations to address aging and escalated items. - Change requests managed and facilitated in the Change Request Reporting (CRR) system (i.e., SharePoint and Jama) in a manner consistent with the Change Request Management Plan. Maintain an understanding of all requested and approved baseline changes. - Requirements changes in the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) in Jama entered timely, accurately, and completely. Assess whether Sagitec is providing timely, accurate, and complete data input into the project’s second requirements management tool, NeoTrack, which is Sagitec’s proprietary tool containing design specifications, some test cases, and some test results. Provide support in implementing changes to how requirements are tracked, where necessary. Participate in requirements confirmation process for new business and technical requirements. - Ongoing adherence with contracts. Lead the Contract Management responsibilities, including tracking and gap analysis between contractual obligations and activities.

Qualifications: - 3 years’ experience developing and executing a Stakeholder Management Plan within the last 10 years. - 3 years’ experience implementing the Prosci methodology for organizational change management within the last 10 years. - 3 years’ experience developing project communications to ensure the business understand its role in pension activities within the last 10 years.

The compensation for this position is $150,000 to $175,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Employees are also eligible for performance-based bonus/ to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. This position is eligible for a benefits package including; medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, 7 paid holidays and 13 days accrued PTO.
