The Role:For one of our new global clients, ASSA ABLOY , a well-known Swedish manufacturing company and leader in its sector founded in 1994, we are looking for a Senior Recruiter - Talent Advisor to support the markets Netherlands and Belgium.Join a diverse team of innovators who bring their world view, unique backgrounds, and individual life experiences to work every day. You will take a lead role in helping drive quality recruitment outcomes through partnering closely with your hiring managers and HR Business Partners to ensure efficient and effective delivery of hiring needs. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of recruitment processes. This is a hybrid role where we would ideally like you to spend time at one of the client sites (most likely Ede or Heerhugowaard) around twice a week.

Key Accountabilities: - End to end management of recruitment processes. - Develop and support the talent sourcing strategy for each role/business unit and agree the strategy (including research, networking, web-based and direct sourcing) with hiring managers. - Deliver market intelligence and insight to hiring community. - Leverage research and insights teams to map talent across the region ahead of demand. - Build network / talent pools of candidates for future hiring. - Use proactive sourcing techniques and tools, including both online and offline techniques. - Develop own network of candidates and seek to grow such network with relevant candidates for sector supported. - Positioning roles to interested candidates and deliver a high-touch candidate engagement strategy throughout the process. - Ensure all AMS and client systems are updated in a correct and timely manner. - Producing communications to a high standard and in accordance with client’s brand guidelines if required. - To be an ambassador of the RPO model and AMS. - Share with other members of the talent team best practice approaches, client culture and support the wider group in achieving success in their roles. - Demonstrate Talent Acquisition expertise.

Skills & Experience: - Experience in managing European end-to-end recruitment processes and working directly with Hiring Managers. - Fluency in Dutch & English both written and spoken (additional fluency in French would be an advantage) - Strong customer focus and ability to manage senior stakeholders. - Experience with High-Volume recruitment would be beneficial. - Experience with recruiting technical positions, in particular Service Technicians. - Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates, clients and teammates. - Analytical mind, attention to detail and practical approach. - Ability to work in a fast-paced matrix organization where resilience and boldness are key success factors. - Positive , joyful and collaborative mindset.
