As a Records Management Officer you are the point of contact and Subject Matter Expert for Records Management within the Global Privacy Office and Compliance for the DLL Group.

Day To Day**
- Act as a Record Management (RM) point of contact within the Global Privacy Office and Compliance Department
- Owner of the RM process developments
- Facilitate implementation with the key stakeholders and monitors remedial actions taken associated with RM
- Maintain the RM Policy and Standard
- Support management in submitting waivers to MT Compliance in case of non-compliance with Policy/Standard
- Translate RM Standard into local procedures
- Monitor progress on RM within the corporate function
- Act as the central contact for the members coordinating the records management activities at Region and Market level. Provides advice in DLL on RM in the GPO.
Structured Data
- Support business/product owners in determining applicable retention terms
- Support business/product owners by administrating the respective retention terms in the Records Retention Schedule
Unstructured Data
- Aware of requirements for unstructured data repositories at regional and market level
- Create awareness for cleaning up unstructured data across DLL (e.g. creating awareness and training materials)

- Aware of requirements in place across the regions and markets

Essentials**
- A Bachelor or Master Degree or equivalent
- Proven experience, approximately 6-10 years, in Records Management, preferably in a finance or regulatory environment
- Strong understanding of records management principles, practices and standards
- Experience in stakeholder engagement
- Has a high level of risk awareness
- Strong IT capabilities
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.

- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements such as GDPR & Sarbanes-Oxley
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities
- Highly motivated and resourceful
- Effective communicator who can build strong relationships with stakeholders in various disciplines, markets and regions
- Professional certification in Records or Data Management
- Data life cycle knowledge.
