YOU ARE: Reporting to the Senior Director Marketing and working closely with the broader marketing and data science teams. You will be responsible for driving accountability, ownership, and performance results by developing and executing performance marketing strategies that drive demand, customer acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth. This role requires an analytical and metrics-driven approach, a deep understanding of digital marketing, data analysis, and a passion for and proven success in optimizing marketing campaigns to deliver measurable results.

Your Day-to-day**

  • Reporting directly to the Senior Director Performance Marketing and supporting broader market team, you will be responsible for driving accountability, ownership, and performance results by developing and executing performance marketing strategies that drive demand, customer acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth for both Progressive Leasing and our Partners.
  • Be accountable for and drive performance marketing results by developing and executing comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth including leading the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media advertising, mobile, and CTV marketing.
  • Develop, track and report out on performance indicators and data-driven insights to measure and optimize marketing performance to drive return on investment, as well as drive alignment and consistent tracking, reporting, and dashboards across campaigns.
  • Familiarity with best-in-class campaign measurement ad testing.
  • Stay up to date with industry regulations and compliance requirements as well as the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, digital advertising, and marketing technology to drive compliance, innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to maximize campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing strategies, cost-effectively driving demand, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Proven results leveraging digital marketing channels, including but not limited to search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media advertising, email marketing, mobile, influencer marketing and affiliate marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing attribution, analytics, and measurement – Incremental lift analyses, multi-touch attribution etc.
  • DSP expertise with agency experience-- preferably in the durable goods, retail or financial sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve return on investment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage people and teams, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
