Job Summary**

As the first Head of Product for Credit , you will hold a comprehensive understanding of credit products within consumer banking, informed by market trends, growth products, and customer experiences. Your mission will be to define user stories, manage product backlogs, and ensure strategic alignment and delivery of our vision. **

Key Responsibilities**

  • 🔮 Develop and oversee the digital product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with our broader vision while establishing a focused backlog.
  • 🤝 Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions to integrate business priorities into the product roadmap.
  • 🎨 Lead a customer-focused, multidisciplinary team, collaborating with experts across insights, UX design, technology delivery, and more to craft impactful digital products.
  • 🔄 Establish feedback mechanisms to measure product impact, continuously refining and prioritizing the backlog for optimal value.
  • 💡 Design and implement innovative processes within the credit journey, considering the impact on existing services and ensuring seamless product delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements:
