Your missions

About Lily AI:

Lily AI is a female-founded retail AI company empowering retailers and brands by bridging the gap between merchant-speak and customer-speak. Leveraging computer vision, natural language processing, machine learning, and vertical-specific large language models (LLMs), the Lily platform enhances customer shopping experiences by analyzing product catalogs and automatically enriching the assortment with the natural language consumers actually use when they search and shop. The platform then distributes the optimized data across a retailer’s entire ecosystem from their website to Google Ads and beyond, ultimately delivering upwards of 9-figure revenue lift through improved product attribution, enhanced discovery, increased traffic and higher conversion. Overview:

As a Principal Product Manager (Product Integrations - Google Ads) at Lily AI, you will be instrumental in developing our advertising effectiveness strategy, as we venture deeper into the paid advertising use-cases. You will also play a pivotal role in defining and executing our product integrations strategy with Google Ads. Your main focus will be two-fold: 1) define Lily’s overarching advertising effectiveness strategy, and 2): lead seamless integrations with distribution partners and drive core product integrations, with a specific emphasis on Google Ads. This will serve as a key measurement tool to evaluate the effectiveness of our AI-enriched product attributes published in Google Merchant Center.

Your goal will be to ensure our clients can accurately measure the impact and performance of these enriched product attributes from a paid media perspective. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, domain experts, and customer support, to deliver a unified Google Search solution that meets market needs

Ultimately, your efforts will help standardize performance measurement across Google’s platforms, such as Merchant Center and YouTube, driving business growth and positioning our product offerings for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Google Ads/GMC Integration Ownership: Lead the research, proposal, and implementation of our Google Ads integration, focused on measuring and diagnosing the performance of our product attribute feeds in Google Merchant Center.
  • Product Strategy: Develop a scalable and standardized product strategy for paid media measurement that supports both current and future customers, ensuring it aligns with Lily’s broader vision.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research, including customer interviews and competitive analysis, to identify opportunities, customer needs, and shape our approach to Google paid media measurement.
  • Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product integration roadmap that prioritizes features, outlines timelines, and allocates resources, beginning with the Google Ads integration.
  • Product Development: Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to define integration requirements, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and customer expectations. Lead go-to-market launches for integrations and drive adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in close partnership with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to facilitate seamless product development and ensure successful product launches.
  • Product Performance: Track and analyze the performance of product integrations using key metrics and customer feedback, making data-driven improvements to enhance product impact.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the internal advocate for customers, ensuring their needs, including those of paid media agencies, are met and reflected in product development.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and address potential risks in product development to ensure smooth execution and mitigate challenges before they arise.

What we consider critical for the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success as a Product Manager with a proven track record of launching and managing products in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Extensive experience managing B2B SaaS integrations, with a strong focus on Google Ads and/or Google Merchant Center.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional remote team environment.
