Reporting To: Accounts Receivable Manager

Description**

Everi is seeking a highly organized and experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and accounts receivable, preferably within the casino industry. The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will be responsible for managing and coordinating billing, collections, and accounting personnel to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. **

What Will You Be Doing?**

  • Manage billing and collections to ensure timely payments.
  • Coordinate accounting team's daily tasks.
  • Collaborate internally for efficient account processing.
  • Supervise invoice processing for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review and manage accounts receivable aging.
  • Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts.
  • Assist with contract reviews for proper accounting.
  • Prepare financial statements for month-end close.
  • Compile required reports for management and agencies.
  • Support auditors during reviews and audits.
  • Implement efficient practices to streamline tasks.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job:

Job Knowledge / Minimum Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 7-10 years of accounting or accounts receivable experience.
  • 5+ years of Accounts Receivable/Collections experience, preferably in casinos.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in accounting or auditing.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
  • Strong General Ledger accounting experience.
  • Advanced experience in billing, A/R, payments, and collections.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Preferably experience with Navision.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $58,900 - $73,000 annually .
