We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Quality Engineer -AI to join our team in Richmond, VA, or we are open to remote work arrangements.

As a Data Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of our organization's data assets.

What you’ll be doing: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data quality requirements and develop strategies to address them using AI techniques. - Design, develop, and implement AI algorithms and models to automate data quality control processes. - Use AI technologies, such as machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision, to identify and classify data quality issues. - Develop and maintain data quality metrics and dashboards to monitor and report on the effectiveness of data quality control measures. - Conduct data profiling and analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that impact data quality. - Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to integrate AI-driven data quality solutions into existing data pipelines and workflows. - Implement data validation rules and data cleansing techniques to improve data accuracy and consistency. - Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and data quality control techniques, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance data quality processes.

What we want you to have: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. - 4 - 5+ years of relevant experience in data engineering, data quality, analytics, AI, research, or a related area. - Strong knowledge and experience in leveraging AI techniques for data quality control, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with AI frameworks and libraries. - Solid understanding of data quality concepts, data profiling, and data cleansing techniques. - Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex data quality issues. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Total RewardsThe starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $107,700.00 - $156,150.00 / annually.
