Contract Program Manager
Join our team as a Contract Program Manager to provide efficient, effective, and customer-oriented support to ensure the successful management and execution of acquisition and asset projects. This program management support is necessary to ensure the appropriate execution in the areas of project management, communication, process improvement, and project action tracking. Your role will involve providing support for office SharePoint sites which would include cleanup and providing information on the resources on those sites. Assist with providing information and assisting with the build out of the Acquisition Tool Kit or other additional Tool-kit websites, Additionally, this position will assist with developing guides and handbooks and their maintenance as well as follow up on action items and assist with any necessary implementation. **
Compensation & Benefits:**
Estimated Starting Salary Range : $115,000 to $125,000
Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice. **
Contract Program Manager Responsibilities Include:**
- Manage project tasks within estimated time frames, budget constraints, and providing required communication to relevant stakeholders and team members.
- Utilize appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
- Have experience relevant to update the necessary communication tools such as SharePoint and other agency websites.
- very detail and task-oriented with a strong motivation to meet the necessary requirements.
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries.
- Update relevant communication tools such as Websites, handbooks, standard operating procedures, and guidebooks as needed.
- Allocate resources, budgets, and hours to the project and adjusts allocations when necessary.
Contract Program Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Certified PMP preferred.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience with managing projects tasks within estimated time frames, budget constraints, and providing required communication to relevant stakeholders and team members.
- Proficiency in the English language (reading, writing, speaking, understanding).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
