POSITION SUMMARY Radiology Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Engineering Support that will build a support team to handle product escalations, be a customer advocate that drives supportability needs and requirements into product development, and become a hands-on expert with a variety of AI solutions that are both on-prem and cloud hosted. A successful Senior Manager of Engineering Support will be laser-focused on our mission to deliver Imaging and AI-based solutions that will truly transform Radiology, be relentless in process improvement, and foster the career growth of the support team.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Build the support team structure and processes to provide timely support to internal and external customers - Hire and expand the support team based on present and future needs with FTEs and contractors - Interact with customers and other support teams, assisting with product implementations and solution designs - Handle support escalations for the most complex issues - Resolve issues with hands-on debugging, analysis, and investigation - Develop support documentation to assist with knowledge sharing and implementations - Work with Product Owners to drive supportability requirements into product roadmaps - Develop on call procedures and schedules to provide 24x7 coverage - Measure product quality and refine strategies to decrease support needs - Product testing when needed

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - 5+ years of Healthcare industry experience highly preferred - 5+ years of software engineering support experience highly preferred - 3+ years of support team management experience preferred - DICOM and HL7 familiarity highly preferred - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and resource management skills - Confluence and JIRA experience is preferred - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred

The salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $125,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
