POSITION SUMMARY Radiology Partners is seeking a passionate Manager, Finance to help drive and support key initiatives related to finance, growth, and operations, with an initial focus on developing and maintaining a practice-wide bottoms-up budget and forecast model leveraging Workday’s Adaptive Planning cloud platform. This position provides a unique opportunity for a high-performing, analytically inclined individual to apply and build their skills while gaining exposure to the full scope of Radiology Partners’ business model. The position will report to the VP of Finance and Strategic Initiatives POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Support in the design and build of a new practice budget/forecast model in partnership with our 3rd party implementation partner (KPGM) - Ongoing maintenance of budget/forecast model - Partner with cross-functional teams to create/refresh and load key model assumptions - Monthly budget/forecast variance reporting and analysis - Support strategic planning and analysis initiatives

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - 4 - 5+ years of Finance experience - Must have strong financial reporting foundation, analytical skills, and model building experience - Experience using Workday Adaptive highly desired - Passion for solving business problems with data - Strong organizational and analytical skills - Outstanding communications skills in both written and verbal expression - Ability to learn and assimilate technical information quickly - Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Advanced MS Excel required

Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
