The Person
We are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail and is methodical, with an understanding of manufacturing requirements within pharmaceuticals. A person who wants to work as part of a wider team to deliver excellence to help support and maintain a steady flow of work through the Production unit to maximise customer service and availability to order.
You must be:

- Organised and a self-starter, able to support the operation, projects, and work to deadlines.
- Logical and systematic in the approach to your work, delivering a high level of accuracy and within agreed timeframes.
- Proficient in the use of Excel and able to analyse and manipulate data.

sites.
Role duties and responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the role at Kent Pharma include, but are not limited to:
- Pro-actively learn all aspects of the day-day operation of immediate department, in
addition to the wider organisation to establish how different areas of the business
interact.
Support the creation of the Master Production Schedule (MPS) by completion of the following tasks:
- Creating and maintaining SL2 (bespoke) works orders in SAP within the schedule
- In agreement with the Senior Planner, amending the schedule to reflect unforeseen demand scenarios and proactively avoid any customer service failure
- Ensure the accurate maintenance of all Production-related SAP Master Data including Bills of Material, Production Models
- Complete the master data for all new materials in the SAP system
- Daily allocation of all customer back orders
- Upload of customer price lists into the SAP system
- Provide support for Goods Inwards paperwork checks and any resulting claims
- Create and complete stock transfers of inventory from distribution hubs into the production unit
- Process label requests, and complete label rationalisation reviews
- Provide support for the Senior Planner as directed
Whilst specific industry experience is not essential, the desire to stand out in a fast-paced environment is. You must have:
- Organised and a self-starter: able to support and contribute to the work of the department.
- Ability to plan work across a series of deliverables and complete within expected timelines.
- Understanding of manufacturing requirements for the manufacture and distribution of pharmaceuticals and knowledge of relevant cGMP standards

Education
- Qualifications or equivalent in GCSE Maths, English at Grade C or above.
- Degree (preferred); or Degree or equivalent Professional qualification.
Other Requirements
- A valid Passport* as some European travel may be necessary for external events, trade shows, meetings, conferences, etc.
- A Driving Licence, valid to drive in the UK.
