Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Remote (Within 100-150 miles of Topeka, KS preferred)

Overview:
Seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead a critical project involving business process reengineering for a small bank client. This remote role requires occasional travel to Topeka, KS.

Responsibilities:

Lead remote meetings with stakeholders.
Compile meeting minutes and follow-up tasks.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Act as liaison between teams.
Monitor risks and provide mitigation strategies.
Oversee software implementation post-process engineering.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
Proven project management experience.
Familiarity with risk management, preferably in finance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with remote team management.
Financial services background preferred.
PMP certification a plus.
Willingness to travel monthly to Topeka, KS.
