Job Description**

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel Reservation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, assisting them in finding the perfect accommodations for their travel needs. Your expertise in customer service and attention to detail will be key in ensuring a seamless reservation process. **

Key Responsibilities**

  • Client Assistance: Serve as the primary contact for clients, offering personalized assistance and recommendations via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  • Reservation Coordination: Assist clients in selecting hotels that align with their preferences, budget, and specific requirements. Manage reservations efficiently using our booking systems.
  • Availability Monitoring: Keep abreast of hotel availability and rates to provide accurate information to clients. Coordinate with hotels to secure reservations and negotiate rates when needed.
  • Customized Recommendations: Offer tailored suggestions based on client needs, such as room preferences, accessibility requirements, and special requests.
  • Booking Confirmation: Confirm reservations with clients and provide them with all necessary booking details.
  • Documentation and Follow-Up: Prepare and organize reservation documents, ensuring clients have all the information they need. Follow up to address any concerns or questions.
  • Problem Resolution: Address issues related to reservations, working with clients and hotel staff to find swift and satisfactory solutions.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed client expectations, gathering feedback to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; experience in hospitality, travel, or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Knowledge of hotels, accommodations, and travel destinations is advantageous.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.

Working Conditions

  • This role is based in an office environment, with the potential for remote work.
  • Flexible hours may be required to support clients across different time zones.
  • Occasional travel for training and industry events may be necessary.

Compensation

Commission-based with the potential for a base salary of $30,000 to $65,000, depending on performance. **
