Responsibilities**
Master provided curricula to deliver engaging and effective instruction daily
Develop supplementary resources to deepen student understanding
Establish and maintain classroom routines and procedures to create a conducive learning environment
Motivate students to excel academically and behaviorally by setting clear expectations
Analyze student performance data to adapt lesson plans and instructional strategies
Foster regular and transparent communication with families to ensure alignment between school and home expectations **
