Our Newest Opportunity: 

The Implementation Specialist supports the benefits team with setup of new third party administration business including; health reimbursement arrangements (HRA), individual coverage health reimbursement arrangements (ICHRA), flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA) and consolidated billing services. 

The Implementation Specialist also sets up the benefit plans in PrismHR for open enrollment of client sponsored plans and backs up the benefits implementation team with RE master plan setup in PrismHR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather benefit & census information from new clients or benefit broker/OD representative
  • Setup client, EEs and plans in Pittsburgh office portal
  • Setup client, EEs and plans in WEX portal
  • Setup existing COBRA participants in all systems
  • Gather login information for benefit carriers and all information to pay carriers (consolidated billing)
  • Reconcile TPA bank account monthly
  • Reconcile carrier bills for new consolidated billing clients (5-10 clients at a time)
  • Schedule ongoing meetings with new clients to discuss progress during implementation
  • Transition meeting to hand off client to service team
  • Build the online benefit administration workflow for client sponsored plans in PrismHR/ iSolved
  • Backup the benefits implementation team with RE master plan setup in PrismHR/iSolved

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate degree with equivalent experience
  • Proficient computer skills in Excel, Word and Outlook

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
