About the Role
We are a startup with a big vision and your role will be essential to our success. Charlie Health is looking for a dynamic individual to support our admissions team with data migration and reconciliation. This candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency of our admissions team to deliver the best possible care to our clients.

Responsibilities
- Reviews patient data in Salesforce for completion and transfers to various client/clinical systems such as electronic medical records and Charlie Health’s product.
- Ensures the transfer of information is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensures patient charts are complete in all systems and reconciles for missing information.
- Maintains patient data for accuracy on ongoing basis and provides data to outside departments as needed.
- Completes chart audits to ensure data accuracy as needed.
- Support our admissions team with administrative work post-assessment completion including client follow-up communication
- Send confirmation text messages to clients and guardians for upcoming appointments.
- Understands and adheres to Charlie Health’s compliance standards as they appear in the Compliance Policy, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
- Minimum of Associate's degree required
- Able to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office products including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Salesforce, Googlesheets and Alleva preferred.
- 1099 role
