About the Role

We are a startup with a big vision and your role will be essential to our success. Charlie Health is looking for a dynamic individual to support our admissions team with data migration and reconciliation. This candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency of our admissions team to deliver the best possible care to our clients. 

Our team is comprised of passionate, forward-thinking professionals eager to take on the challenge of the mental health crisis and play a formative role in providing life-saving solutions. We are looking for a candidate who is inspired by our mission and excited by the opportunity to increase access to mental health care that will impact millions of lives in a profound way.

Responsibilities
  • Reviews patient data in Salesforce for completion and transfers to various client/clinical systems such as electronic medical records and Charlie Health’s product.
  • Ensures the transfer of information is completed accurately and in a timely manner. 
  • Ensures patient charts are complete in all systems and reconciles for missing information. 
  • Maintains patient data for accuracy on ongoing basis and provides data to outside departments as needed. 
  • Completes chart audits to ensure data accuracy as needed. 
  • Support our admissions team with administrative work post-assessment completion including client follow-up communication
  • Send confirmation text messages to clients and guardians for upcoming appointments. 
  • Understands and adheres to Charlie Health’s compliance standards as they appear in the Compliance Policy, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy. 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
    • Minimum of Associate's degree required
    • Able to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities
    • Strong working knowledge of MS Office products including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
    • Experience with Salesforce, Googlesheets and Alleva preferred.
  • 1099 role
