Volunteer Team Leads for HR and Student Ambassador Teams at Sustainable Finance Data Research Center (SFDRC)

We are seeking passionate and dedicated volunteer leaders to join our team at the Sustainable Finance Data Research Center (SFDRC) in Vietnam. As a volunteer leader, you will have the opportunity to work with various companies and contribute to the development of our ESG data platform, promoting sustainable economic development in accordance with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards.

Positions Available:

1. HR Team Lead

2. Student Ambassador Team Lead

Responsibilities:

HR Team Lead

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract talented volunteers

- Coordinate the selection process, including screening resumes and conducting interviews

- Assist in onboarding and training new volunteers

- Maintain accurate records of volunteer information and performance

- Collaborate with other team leads to identify and address volunteer needs and concerns

- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture

Student Ambassador Team Lead

- Recruit and manage a team of student ambassadors to promote SFDRC on various university campuses

- Develop and implement strategies to increase student engagement and awareness of sustainable finance and ESG standards

- Organize and facilitate training sessions for student ambassadors

- Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns targeted at students

- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of student ambassador activities

- Serve as a liaison between student ambassadors and other SFDRC teams

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled as a student or recent graduate
