Responsibilities
  • Analyze and improve on-site coating process issues.
  • Collect and analyze data on various indicators of the coating process.
  • Responsible for the approval/implementation of coating process improvement projects.
  • Develop coating schemes and packaging protection plans.
  • Introduce and promote new technologies, materials, and processes in coating.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in metal corrosion prevention preferred;
  • Over 15 years of work experience, with international crane coating experience in the leading international companies;
  • Experience in coating line planning, quality improvement in coating processes, and involvement in large-scale coating reforms within companies;
  • Willing to work abroad for more than 6 months every year.
