Job Description

This role is primarily responsible for providing support to the day-to-day operations related to global mobility services for international assignments, transfers, and other mobility-related functions.

  • Perform assigned global mobility activities in coordination with AECOM’s global tax and immigration provider in alignment with established methodologies, processes, and protocols.
  • Support in providing assigned project cost estimates, tax and social security calculations, and other necessary items in support of the bids process.
  • Perform accurate and timely documents management, and systems data and records maintenance on assigned transactions
  • Support in vendor management by performing assigned activities and maintaining accurate invoice details.
  • Assist in the preparation of regional reports on mobility activities.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure proper entitlements ( e.g. salary, assignment allowances, annual leave, and such like) are accurately reflected in assignment letters, and social security certificates of coverage are applied for and tracked for renewal.
  • Escalate and analyze identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.
  • Assess identified issues and collate documentation to assist in investigating and in resolving common and recurring issues.
  • Maintain current processes and incorporate documentation updates where applicable.
  • Contribute to the team’s efforts to streamline and improve current processes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools  
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of global mobility processes and procedures
  • Experience working in an outsourcing, shared services, or similar model is preferred
  • Experience using Oracle, Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, Assignment Pro, or other similar platforms and tools is preferred
  • Open for any shift schedule (Early Morning, Morning, Mid, and/or Night Shift)
