Your missions

This is a remote position.

Effizient Immigration Inc. is an Immigration Consulting firm based in Kitchener, Canada. We are authorized by the Government of Canada and The College of Citizenship and Immigration Consultants to practice Canadian Immigration Law and help clients worldwide with their immigration needs, such as student visas, work permits, LMIA, PR applications, etc.
Freshers can apply for this position.

As a Account and Marketing Executive, you will be helping us manager and grow our immigration business (in Canada).
  1. Develop and implement marketing strategy for our firm to grow our business
  2. Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings (super visa, tourist visa, PR, LMIA etc) of the company
  3. Coordinate with the other departments to find the most suitable options for new leads
  4. Communicate with new leads using different channels (Facebook, Instagram, chats, phone etc.)
  5. Follow up with leads and update their lead status
  6. Work on building out and maintaining a solid pipeline of potential new business
  7. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities
  8. Develop and manage efficient networks for business development
  9. Keep prospective client database/CRM updated
  10. Perform basic accounting operations - maintaining books, issuing invoices, and reconciling accounts
  11. Help other departments whenever required


Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • You must have at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Preferred business and accounting
  • Accounting experience preferred
  • Marketing experience preferred
  • Must have computer/Laptop and smartphone
  • Sales experience is not required but is an asset
  • Strong computer and IT skills. Ability to use different tools.
