About the project:

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will lead efforts to optimize the performance, reliability, availability, and scalability of the company’s technical infrastructure. You’ll partner closely with tech leadership and serve as a go to SME on system design and functionality to ensure our systems are scaling properly and functioning optimally as we continue rapid expansion of the business.

You will be able to:

• Monitor mission critical systems and infrastructure to ensure proper function with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization.
• Identify and investigate bottlenecks and latency issues and implement strategies to proactively address potential challenges.
• Measure and analyze system health at granular and holistic levels and leverage data to drive decision making, continually innovating and scaling systems to meet business objectives.
• Provide operational support as needed; identify, investigate, and resolve complex technical issues as they arise.
• Serve as a technical and strategic advisor to leadership on technologies and methodologies to scale systems and optimize their availability and performance.

What will help you succeed in this role:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ Years of experience working with SRE devops, system infrastructure, or a related technical role.
• 5+ Years of experience working with Cloud infrastructure services, GCP preferred.
• 2+ Years of experience working with Golang, Python OR similar languages.
• 2+ Years of experience working with Infrastructure as Code, specifically Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
