Responsibilities
        1. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design visually compelling assets for digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
        2. Create eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and animations for social media posts, ads, banners, and other promotional materials that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
        3. Design static images and story highlights for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to engage followers, increase brand visibility, and drive traffic to our eCommerce site.
        4. Develop product mockups and visualizations to showcase new products and features in a compelling and informative way, driving interest and sales.
        5. Produce high-quality images and graphics for website content, including product pages, landing pages, blog posts, and email newsletters, to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
        6. Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to ensure visual assets effectively communicate key messages and align with campaign goals.
        7. Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in eCommerce and digital marketing to continuously innovate and improve design quality and effectiveness.
        8. Optimize designs for various digital platforms and devices, ensuring consistency and optimal performance across different screen sizes and resolutions.
        9. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment without compromising quality.
        10. Maintain organized files and assets, adhere to file naming conventions, and ensure version control to facilitate efficient collaboration and asset management.

Requirements

        • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in the eCommerce or digital marketing industry, with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects.
        • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or Figma.
        • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
        • Experience creating animations and motion graphics using tools like Adobe After Effects or similar software is a plus.
        • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interpret creative briefs, provide constructive feedback, and work effectively in a team environment.
        • Attention to detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect designs that elevate brand identity and drive engagement.
        • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
        • Knowledge of eCommerce platforms, user experience (UX) design principles, and conversion optimization techniques is advantageous.
