Build your career in Marketing as an Sr CRO Specialist to lead the implementation and analysis of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives across various digital platforms. This individual will leverage technical expertise to set up and manage tests effectively, interpret test results, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous optimization and improvement of key conversion metrics. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, the Senior CRO Specialist will play a critical role in enhancing user experience, maximizing conversion rates, and ultimately driving revenue growth for the organization.


Expected outcomes & responsibilities

    • Be part of the Retention-Store/Subscriptions squads acting as an expert within our optimization metrics and working on the brainstorming and management of test ideas backlog.
    • Expand CRO capabilities and process cross-company to enable activation and retention teams to better outline experiments and growth strategies (Email Marketing, Coupon Strategies, Shapermint Club, Loyalty Program, Referral, Stores, Checkouts, App, etc).
    • Develop the web testing and personalization strategy and roadmap; Develop and implement cross-teams the entire testing process from beginning to end and from ideation through analysis and retrospectives.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in CRO.
    • Establish a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement within the organization.
