Role Overview**
You'll be an integral part of our regional support team, driving the success of our schools through your deep understanding and application of Montessori principles. You'll collaborate closely with school leaders to ensure programmatic excellence, support talent acquisition and retention, and foster effective communication with parents and staff. Your role is pivotal in nurturing vibrant and thriving school communities. **
Key Responsibilities**
Foster Programmatic Excellence: Guide school teams in implementing high-quality Montessori programming, leveraging your expertise and data-driven insights. Support the recruitment, training, and retention of top-tier Montessori educators across our network.
Develop Exceptional Classroom Teachers: Lead efforts to attract, develop, and retain passionate educators aligned with our mission. From hands-on coaching to modeling best practices in the classroom, you'll empower teachers and school leaders to drive program quality and student success.
Ensure Profitable and Thriving Schools: View program quality through the lens of sustainable profitability. Collaborate with regional stakeholders to optimize school operations, enrollment, and financial health, contributing to the overall success of our organization. **
Skills & Qualifications**
5+ years of Montessori classroom experience and certification.
Proven ability to lead by example, actively engaging in classroom activities and forging strong relationships with students and staff.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel and PowerBI.
Self-starter with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
