Responsibilities**

You will provide comprehensive support services targeting infants and toddlers up to 36 months old, including those with developmental delays or disabilities, or at risk for developmental delay. Your responsibilities will include:

Offering Early Childhood Special Educator and Service Coordination services in accordance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.

Coordinating various services such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, among others, for eligible infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families.

Emphasizing family-centered care by integrating patients into family units and addressing family values, beliefs, and goals within cultural contexts.

Participating in child find activities, developing Individualized Family Service Plans, and conducting patient/family screenings to determine intervention needs.

Modifying intervention plans based on changing patient and family needs and participating in treatment planning and discharge sessions as required. **

Required Qualifications**

Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or related field.

Completion of a formal program in special education from an accredited college or university.

Current unrestricted state certification or licensure.
