We are seeking a talented Contract eLearning Designer to join our Product team. In this role, you will collaborate directly with our professional learning team, dedicated to crafting dynamic synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences for educators who utilize products. Core Responsibilities**
Instructional Design: Develop a variety of instructional materials, including eLearning modules, interactive simulations, videos, assessments, and other multimedia elements, utilizing sound instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
Content Development: Partner closely with subject matter experts to analyze learning objectives and content requirements. Design and develop compelling and interactive eLearning content that resonates with identified goals and learner needs.
Multimedia Production: Leverage multimedia authoring tools, graphic design software, and video editing platforms to craft visually captivating and interactive learning experiences. Incorporate animations, graphics, audio, and video elements to enhance engagement and comprehension. **
Requirements**
Proven experience in designing and developing engaging eLearning solutions tailored for adults.
Solid background in instructional design, multimedia development, and proficiency in learning technologies.
Demonstrated expertise in eLearning design and development, supported by a robust portfolio showcasing eLearning projects and multimedia content. Strong visual design skills and graphic design proficiency are essential.
Thorough understanding of adult learning principles.
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Extensive experience and advanced skills using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Vyond (or similar video creation tool), Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft tools.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
