We provide a robust training and onboarding period that teaches you the essential skills as well as subject matter expertise around your assigned topical knowledge.

As a Service Specialist you will provide timely answers, guidance, and support for our clients, branch teams and home office associates to enable an ideal client experience through answering incoming phone calls. Our contact centers are open Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST to accommodate the needs of our clients and branch teams across all North America. Shift times are driven based around the business needs of each department. **

What To Expect**

  • Answer a high volume of phone calls and written inquiries from our clients and branch teams.
  • Partner closely with trainers, coaches, and your team leader to build proficiency in your role.
  • Provide superior service and single call resolution to our clients and branch teams.
  • Grow your knowledge on your assigned topic and build on your expertise.
  • If opting for a hybrid or remote work arrangement, supply a distraction free and consistent workplace to protect client information.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:

Hiring Minimum: $40895

Hiring Maximum: $63295 **

Skills/Requirements**

Requirements for the role:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a customer or client support role.
  • Provide flexibility to accommodate the schedule requirements for training and working hours.
  • Advanced usage of Microsoft Office applications and Zoom.
  • Associates opting for a hybrid or remote work arrangement would need to adhere to the firm minimum internet requirements (non-satellite, hardwired ethernet connection; high speed; 5 MBPS up speed, 30 MBPS down speed, less than 60 ping speed) in order to perform the role successfully.

Please note: Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday. **
