You Are**
Responsible for delivering contractual and ad hoc reporting to Advantasure General Managers and the clients they serve. Using a strong understanding of Medicare Advantage and Advantasure programs, provide insight to the organization and our clients using analysis performed to create regular reporting deliverables. **
The Opportunity**
- Develop documentation, reports and presentations for all levels within the organization including executive leadership.
- Collaborate with field operations, product managers, product development team, and other stakeholders to understand and improve reporting deliverables and processes
- Completes ad hoc data requests as assigned.
- Responsible for identifying, collecting, analyzing, and maintaining data to evaluate issues that support prospective business decisions.
- Coordinate small projects and analysis for Client Reporting team and operations.
- Ensure reporting deliverables include complete, accurate, and timely data
- Implement data quality controls, conduct reasonableness checks, and validate data within reporting processes.
- Make recommendations for data quality controls, reasonableness checks, and data validation across the organization to improve not only reporting, but all products and services.
- Balance workload across assigned customers and assist other team members and management as needed.
- Research, analyze, identify, and evaluate data to assess existing and potential trends and issues.
- Possess and maintain a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of our industry, products and services, and corporate organizational structure.
- Effectively communicate results of analysis to management and greater organization in professional reports and presentations.
- Perform root cause analysis to resolve issues, recommend, and implement solutions to identified problems.
- Provide expertise and guidance to unit and corporate staff as required.
- Administer and adhere to corporate and departmental policies, practices and procedures.

What You Need**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Care, Information Systems, Statistics or a related field. Continuous learning, as defined by the Company’s learning philosophy, is required. Certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred and encouraged.
- Five (5) years of experience in a related field required to provide the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role.
- Strong communication skills are required to understand, interpret, and communicate ideas.
- Strong customer focus (applies to serving both internal stakeholders and external customers)
- Knowledge of healthcare information technology, Medicare Advantage, or risk adjustment preferred, but not required
- Strong knowledge and use of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills – pivot tables, complex formulas, macros, etc.
- Ability to write SQL queries at an intermediate to advanced level.
- Ability to use data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively interface with employees at all levels.
- Experience executing in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below. **
Role Location: Remote**
Compensation Range: $78,000-$98,000
Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits. **
