Armanino, one of Sage Intacct’s largest partners, is looking to add a Consultant to our Managed Services team.  In this role you will be trusted advisor to our clients, provide world-class support, client recommendations for process improvement to maximize their ERP investment, as well as take part in unprecedented organizational growth.

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on support and system enhancement
  • Provide solutions and support to clients
  • Analyze and document system and business requirements.
  • Creating design documents for new enhancement requests
  • Setup system and configure according to customer requirements.
  • Develop test scripts for customers testing phase.
  • Train end users on the Sage Intacct system.
  • Make recommendations for new processes and procedures.
  • Develop reports and dashboards utilizing the Sage Intacct tools.
  • Testing and documenting the resolution
  • Build strong relationships with clients
  • Participate in proactive and strategic discussions related to their system
  • Take part in issue resolution, enhancement requests, training, system checks, and updates
  • Contribute to the profitability of the relationship
  • Contribute to the growth and efficiency of the Managed Services team
  • Participate in internal initiatives related to improving our systems, metrics, and processes
  • Participate in formal and informal knowledge sharing sessions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related, or equivalent work experience. 
  • 1+ years’ experience implementing and/or supporting Sage Intacct
  • Experience working with accounting software, including GL, AP, AR, and reconciliations.
  • Understanding of financial accounting processes/principles
  • Excellent work ethic, positive energy, team leader with professional presence.
  • Strong communicator and presenter with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Motivated, self-starter, who can work independently or with a collaborative team.

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. Compensation Range for this position: $95,000 to $120,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
