What we are looking for - Paper Street Media, LLC is hiring for a FULL-TIME Post-Production Supervisor (LATAM). The primary role of the Post-Production Supervisor for Latin America is to be responsible for the day to day operations, and monitoring of the LATAM editing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about running a team, pushing creative boundaries, and has an eye for unique content that resonates with fans. This job is a REMOTE position.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Coordinate with the Director of Post-Production to carry out the strategic vision for the department.
• Manage the daily operations of the LATAM video editing team, ensuring that post-production workflow runs smoothly, efficiently, and meets deadlines.
• Problem Solve various technical filmmaking issues, especially focusing on issues that occurred during on set production.
• You will be assigning and approving work, making sure policies,procedures, and workflow are followed.
• You will be directly involved with hands-on video editing and delivery of our brands.
• You will ensure that deliverables are on brand, meeting creative standards and delivery specifications.
• Keep up with industry best practices and innovations.
• Other ad-hoc projects.

Must Haves:

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Must have strong understanding of all aspects of post-production, from editing and color grading to audio and visual effects. 
• Knowledge of the overall filmmaking process, process from inception to delivery.
• Familiarity with cameras, lenses, lighting, mics, stabilizers and other production/on set technology.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical filmmaking issues that occurred during production.
• Knowledge of post-production workflows.
• Knowledge of on premises storage hardware (SAN/NAS) and cloud storage technologies.
• Knowledge of post-production formats, compression / encoding codecs. 
• Understanding of file naming conventions, media management, and media archiving.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to post-production equipment and software.
• Strong people and communication skills for inspiration, management, and training.
• Strong time management and project management skills.

Experience:

• 5 years post-production experience with at least +5 years in a leadership or project management role.
• 3 years experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• 2 years of Motion Graphics experience.
• Experience with production and post-production budgets and spreadsheets.
• Adult industry experience is a plus.
