Your missions

Position: HR Business Partner (HRBP) **

Location:**

  • Must reside in the Western United States
  • Remote role with occasional travel

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of Employee Relations experience
  • Healthcare industry focus required
  • Multi-state experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or related field
  • M&A experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, MS Access, MS Project, MindMap/MindJet preferred
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems like Lawson, PeopleSoft, etc.
  • HR certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) is a plus
  • Ability to travel 35%-50%
  • Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Role Summary

  • The HRBP will serve as a collaborative advisor for the region, working with practice leadership.
  • The role is not managerial and does not oversee direct reports.
  • The HRBP will help find common ground and work closely with managers and leaders across the region.
  • Responsibilities include performance management guidance, managing employee relations issues, workforce planning, succession planning, and facilitating key HR processes.
  • The HRBP will also analyze HR metrics, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain relationships with educational institutions for affiliation programs.
  • The role involves change management, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and supporting financial goals by being fiscally responsible.

Performance Areas

  • Management and Support: Guide managers in performance management, career development, and resolving employee relations issues.
  • Analytics: Analyze HR metrics to enhance HR solutions, processes, and programs.
  • Relationships and Collaboration: Maintain relationships with region managers and navigate HR team expertise.
  • Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements and ensure compliance with HR policies and practices.
  • Transitions: Assist with region transitions like acquisitions and employee onboarding/offboarding.
