About Us

We are currently seeking applications for remote employees, with preference given to candidates who can work in our Lake Worth, FL office on a hybrid basis. This role involves approximately 10% travel and does not offer sponsorship for work authorization. **

Your Impact**

  • Facilitate communication between Sales, Client Management, and Beyond Broadline Team.
  • Manage project duties, deliverables, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget completion with high quality.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives and strategic drives.
  • Generate and share savings estimate reports for Business Reviews.
  • Organize follow-up activities after market basket presentations.
  • Monitor outstanding DCNs and ensure timely reporting.
  • Lead efforts to achieve a 50% growth target for Beyond Broadline.
  • Manage Entegra Universal Credit Applications and coordinate training calendars with Sales and Client Management teams.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and supplier growth initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional service and attention to partners and employees.
  • Take personal ownership of assigned duties and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in the lodging, restaurant, or food service industries is preferred.
  • Strong process and project management skills.
  • Proactive and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Willingness to learn CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
