  • Accurately document claim details into our system to initiate processing.
  • Apply communication skills to offer available options to callers.
  • Follow established procedures to start claim processes and learn to identify different types of claims.

Skills And Experience

  • An Associate's degree or current pursuit of a degree is highly regarded.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, finance, or hospitality is preferred.
  • Call center or office experience is a plus.
