🎉 SUPPORT ENGINEER

This role is at an exciting health tech startup that is on track to be profitable before their Series A funding! You'll be joining at the most exciting possible time. They raised their Seed round from world-class investors and 10+ renowned founders turned angels. Since then they have been heads down building and shipping products their customers love - now they'are ready to scale. We believe in staying lean and are looking for the best engineers in the world to make their mark.

  • 👩‍💻 WHAT TO EXPECT
  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

  • Proficient with Python. You have 2 to 3 years of professional experience using Python. You likely know other languages.
